Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of linkset.xyz ("Service"), operated by linkset.xyz ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

linkset.xyz provides a subscription-based bio link page platform. The Service allows you to create a hosted web page displaying your social media links, profile information, and other content you choose to add.

Your bio page at linkset.xyz/[username] remains active as long as your subscription is active. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, your bio page will be taken offline until the subscription is renewed.

Accounts & access tokens

After payment, you receive an access token by email. This token, combined with your email address, authenticates you to your dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your access token secure.

You must not share your access token with others or use another person's token. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts created with false information may be terminated without refund.

Subscription & billing

linkset.xyz offers three subscription plans: Starter ($5/mo), Business ($15/mo), and Premium ($39/mo). All plans are billed monthly.

Free trial: All plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your bio page will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date as your original payment. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. Your account will be suspended if the payment is not resolved within 7 days.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish or link to illegal content, including content that violates intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or deceptive content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on linkset.xyz — your profile photo, bio text, links, and other profile data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to display, store, and serve your content to visitors of your bio page.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. We do not review content before it is published. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual property

The linkset.xyz platform, branding, logo, design, and codebase are owned by linkset.xyz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the platform without our written permission.

The linkset.xyz name and logo may not be used in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without our prior written consent.

Termination

You may close your account at any time via your dashboard settings. Upon account deletion, all your data — profile, links, analytics, and avatar — will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, without obligation to provide a refund.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We are not responsible for the content of external links displayed on your bio page, or for the actions of visitors to your page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, linkset.xyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or interruption of business.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
