Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how linkset.xyz ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our service at linkset.xyz.

Data we collect

Account data: Email address, access token, subscription plan, and billing dates. This is the minimum required to operate your account.

Profile data: Name, username, bio, profile photo, location, website URL, and social media links — all of which you provide voluntarily to build your bio page.

Analytics data: Page views and link clicks on your bio page, including the visitor's country, device type, and referring URL. This data is attributed to your account so you can see your own stats. We do not track individual visitors across sessions or sites.

Payment data: We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe and PayPal. We only store the payment provider, subscription ID, and customer ID returned by those services.

How we use your data

• To provide, operate, and maintain your linkset.xyz account and bio page
• To authenticate you when you log in to your dashboard
• To send you transactional emails (welcome email, billing reminders, cancellation confirmation)
• To display analytics in your dashboard
• To process subscription payments and renewals
• To contact you if there is a problem with your account or payment

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to train AI models.

Storage & security

Your data is stored in Google Sheets and Google Drive, both hosted on Google's infrastructure under standard Google security and compliance controls. Profile photos are stored in Google Drive with a public-read sharing link (necessary for display on your bio page).

Access tokens are 32-character random strings used to authenticate dashboard access. We recommend treating your access token like a password — do not share it publicly.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes.

We use the following sub-processors to operate the service:

• Google Workspace — data storage, email delivery
• Stripe — payment processing
• PayPal — payment processing

We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

Payments

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal. When you pay, you are entering your payment details directly into their secure checkout — we never see or store your card number, CVV, or bank account details.

linkset.xyz stores only: your email, plan name, subscription ID, and the date of your next billing cycle. This is the minimum required to manage your subscription.

Cookies

linkset.xyz does not use tracking cookies or third-party ad cookies. The dashboard uses your browser's local storage to temporarily cache your session credentials (email + token) so you don't have to re-enter them on every visit. You can clear this at any time by signing out or clearing your browser storage.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — update your profile data in your dashboard at any time
• Deletion — delete your account and all associated data from your dashboard's account settings
• Portability — export your analytics data (Premium plan)

Children

linkset.xyz is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us at privacy@linkset.xyz and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 7 days in advance.
